Thank you for this question. Listed below are our current guidelines.
• If you are not feeling well please cancel the tour. We will waive the normal 48 cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund.
• For your safety:
- Masks are worn by everyone inside the van. Outside masks optional.
- If you forget or do not bring a mask we will have a small “Island Style” supply in our vehicle available for purchase at $10 each.
- Cleanliness has always been our thing.We are doing even more. We have always kept our vehicles clean by shaking out mats and sweeping. Every week we have them professional cleaned inside and outside. However, now we will be disinfecting after every tour. All hand holds and windows will be wiped clean with alcohol before the next tour.
- At the beginning of the tour before you enter the vehicle, we’ll have hand sanitizers for you.
- No food or drink is allowed. Water is permitted but must be kept in a closed container.

Yes. We are always flexible. This is your private tour and we will make suggestions on departure time and locations however if you would like to leave earlier or later and have a location request we will customize the tour for you. Please let us know in advance so we can plan.

- Our Pearl Harbor and history tours are led by guides who are deeply committed to Hawaiian History and cultured.

Yes. We provide pick-up and drop-off in Waikiki and cruise terminal. However we can pick you up or drop you off ( with and without luggage ) at the airport for a $40 fee. For Ko’olina, Kailua or North Shore we can either meet you in Waikiki at the Ala Moana Hotel( free parking next door at the shopping center) or we can pick you up for a $100 additional charge.

Depending on the tour you booked we suggest the following:
- Comfortable closed-toed walking shoes. There is light walking no hiking unless you signed up for a hiking tour.
- Sunscreen – Reef Friendly, Hat, Sunglasses
- Money in cash for lunch, breakfast or miscellaneous purchases
- Water. We prefer you bring water in a reusable container. However we will have water available for you if you forget.
- Hiking Tours – Bring hiking shoes and an extra pair of shoes, plastic bag, water, and dry snacks.
- Water Tours – Bring or wear bathing suit. Change of clothes, towel, plastic bag, water shoes, water and dry snacks.

We love children. Let us know if you would like us to install an infant or child seat. We also have boosters. It’s best to have dry snacks for them that they can eat on location and not in the van.

The vans are not equipped for wheelchairs. If you have a cane or walker and can climb into a van this will not be issue. If you have a traveling collapsible wheelchair please let us know in advance as we can drive a Honda Odyssey which is low to the ground. We cannot take any electric scooters.

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to departure time for a full refund.
